Great job 5:30 am crew. Patty, Jon and Krystal you rocked it! 100 for 3 on Push Jerk and 110 for one rep max on the jerk. I probably could have gone higher but mind over body in this case Wod was slow because of those damn burpees! Good luck to all of those doing this later.

Went from 20 people yesterdays 9am to 3 of us today.....Nice job Jamie and Cari PRs all over!!!! Did pushjerk 3 @115lbs and 1 @120lbs, dropped 125 always something to strive for...WOD was 7:44 @85lbs....was happy to beat my september time and with heavier weight....good luck everyone today! COACH JEN IN THE HOUSE!!!!!
