Love this!! I sometimes add salt to my food at work (because I use very little if any when cooking) and a co-worker always has something to say about....As he eats his peanut butter and jelly with a side of chips. So I just sent him this link and in the subject like wrote "salt this" hahaha Keep em coming! Love these reads!

Thanks Ash, glad you enjoy it. I would use iodized salt whenever possible as well because iodine is very important for proper thyroid function and most americans do not get enough. Kelp (if you can find / enjoy it) is also a great source.

In a way I feel like salt is probably just a scapegoat in a similar fashion as saturated fat for people's bad dietary habits.
