This WOD will be used as our "Tester" for the Paleo/Zone challenge. We will re-test at the the end of the challenge, and this will be used, along with the before/after pics to judge the competition.

 

"Filthy 50"

50 Box Jumps 24/20

50 Jumping Pull-ups (adjust height so that pull-up bar is in line with the upper forearm if your hand is held straight overhead)

50 Kb Swings 35/25

50 Walking Lunges

50 Knees to Elbows

50 Push-press  45/35

50 Back Extensions

50 Wall Ball 20/14

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders

For Time

Nice monday morning craziness!!!! 30:54 Rx except a few lame knees to elbows...had a few bouts of nausea during wallballs and burpees.... We got thru it 9am class nice job! Good luck everyone else later today and to all the paleo challegers!
