A same-sex partner competition, with a twist!

Beat the Heat 5 is back and better than ever! This year, we’re switching things up and making it a partner competition. But here’s the twist: you still get to do the workouts as individuals.

There will be 4 events and each team will decide which partner does which workout (must do 2 each). The final workout (for the top athletes) will be completed together.
