Warm-up – EMOM X 8

a. 10 air squats + 10 Plank Shoulder Taps
b. 12 alt Lunges + 6 Push-ups
c. 20 Lateral Hops (over an object if you can, or pretend)
d. 10 alt Jumping Lunges + 5 Burpees

+

EMOM X 10

a. Push-press – 8 reps
b. B-Over Rows – 8 reps (controlled neg)

+

21-15-9 Reps for Time
Squat Clean Thruster – 95/65 (sub Db’s if needed)
Burpees over the Object
