b. SA Farmers Carry – 100ft L arm

c. SA Farmers Carry – 100ft R arm

**on FC, sub 50ft with heavy handles if you want

15 Russian KB Swings – heavy

10 SB Squats – In bearhug, tough weight

200ft Sled Sprint – moderate and fast

(Sub 20 sec AB Sprint if its raining out)
