a. Sandbag Cleans – 3-5 reps – tough weight

b. Farmers Carry – 100ft (if using KBs) 50ft if using heavy Handles

**Try to work at challenging loads, but keep form solid

+ (rest about 5 mins)

200ft Sled Sprint

4 sets, rest about 90 sec b/w efforts

*Moderate weight, should be able to keep moving the whole way

+ (rest about 5 mins)

EMOM X 10 mins

a. Row 15/12 Cal

b. 15 Burpees

**adjust numbers so that you can finish within the minute
