5 SB Squats (in bear hug)

50ft SB Carry (in BH)

-rest 5-10 mins-

2. Back Squat – Build to a Heavy set of 3 reps in 10 mins

3 Sets

MB Leg Curls – 10-20 reps

Russian Twists – 10-20 reps/ side

MB Plank – 30-60 sec – (hands on ball, reach as far OH as you can maintain hollow body
