Single Arm DB Arnold Z-Press – 8-10/ arm

Bent-over DB T-raises – 12-15 reps (1 sec hold at the top of each rep)

Sorenson Holds – 45-60 sec (add weight if you can)

Every 5 mins X 4 Rounds

Run 400 meters

25 Squat Jumps

15 Hand Release Push-ups

**Scale reps as needed, should have at least 1 min rest each round
