Snow Day – Classes Cancelled – At Home WOD

Sorry for the late notice, but the snow is coming down hard, the roads are really bad, and our lot isn’t plowed yet. Because of all this, we re going to be closed today. We should resume normal schedule tomorrow, thanks for understanding!!

Heres a little something to keep you warm at home:


Warm-up – 2 rounds of:

25 Jumping Jacks

20 Shoulder Taps (in a plank position)

10 Alternating Lunges

5 Walk-out to Push-up (legs as straight as possible)



Level 1 – For Time

100 Air Squats

75 Sit-ups

50 Push-ups

25 Burpees


Level 2 – For Time

50 Burpees

100 Air Squats

100 Sit-ups

100 Push-ups

50 Burpees
